Leather wallet - Artwork: "My Pillars"

"My Pillars" is a surrealist work that brings together the spaces that marked my development as an artist. The two windows in the background represent the Centro de Bellas Artes de Humacao (top) and La Casona (bottom), places where I had the opportunity to exhibit my art. The Ionic column is inspired by the "Lito" Peña building, another space that supported me in my creative journey. The fish and flowers come from the Museo Casa Roig, where I took my first art classes. These elements were in the fish tank at its entrance and I included them as a symbol of my beginnings. The fish swim freely over the entire scene, integrating each element as one. This work is my way of honoring the spaces that shaped me. My wish is that it also connects you with the pillars of your own story.
