1. All artworks will be carefully packed by experts using high-quality packing materials to ensure their protection during transport.
2. Original artworks will be handled with the utmost care, and depending on the complexity of the piece, packaging may take longer to complete. If this occurs, we will keep you informed of any shipping delays, ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
At Katiuska's Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a return policy that gives you peace of mind and confidence when shopping at our store and gallery.
I. Return Conditions
1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all labels, without damage or alterations and with original packaging almost intact.
2. The return request must be made within five (5) days of receiving the item.
3. We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
4. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase as proof of the transaction.
5. If it is a work of art, it must be returned with its certificate of authenticity.

2. We also do not cover claims for minor variations in color or texture that are inherent to the nature of the production process and materials used in printed products. These variations do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.

1. If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with clear photos of the defect, and we will offer you a solution, either a replacement or a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
2. Design or printing errors: In the event of a printing or personalization error due to a fault on our part, we will replace the product or offer a partial or full refund depending on the impact of the error.
C. Changes or Cancellations
1. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled due to the print-on-demand process. Customers are responsible for correctly entering their shipping information and verifying the design details before completing the purchase, as changes cannot be made once the printing process has begun. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before confirming.
2. It is not possible to change the shipping address once the order has been sent to production, as the products are manufactured and shipped quickly, except if your order is an original work.
D. Quality Assurance
1. We ensure we work with high-quality materials to offer durable products that meet our customers' expectations. If you feel the quality is not up to par, please do not hesitate to contact us.
E. Shipments International
1. Additional Costs: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees in their countries. These costs are not included in the product prices or shipping charges. We recommend that you review your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
2. International Delivery Times: International shipments may take longer due to customs processes and local restrictions. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks if you live outside the country.
5. Print on Demand and Dropshipping Policy
I. Print on Demand
1. Production Time: All products in our store are made to order. Once you place your order, our team begins production immediately. The average production time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product.
2. Personalization: Since the products are unique and personalized according to your preferences, please note that there may be slight variations in color or details compared to the images in the store.
3. If the customer receives a product with incorrect customization (e.g., error in the printed design), they must contact us within 15 days of receipt.
4. The customer must provide clear photos of the received product, along with an explanation of the discrepancy between the ordered and received product. If we confirm that a printing or personalization error occurred, we will offer a replacement product with the correct personalization. If this is not possible, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the error or product damage.

1. Shipping Processing: After production, the order will be shipped and the total time to receive your order depends on your location and the shipping option selected.
2. Estimated delivery times: Approximately 3 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the printing on the product, your location, and the courier service. International orders or orders to remote areas may take longer due to customs or logistical restrictions.

II. Dropshipping
We reserve the right not to process claims, refunds, or replacements in cases where products have been mishandled by the customer, or if claims do not comply with our return and refund policies.
- Shipping time: Delivery time is 5 to 45 days, depending on the customer's location and supplier availability. International shipments or shipments to remote areas may take longer due to customs processes or logistical restrictions.
- Order tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Customer problems: If there is a delivery delay, product defects, or if incorrect products are shipped, please contact customer service.
- Supplier errors: Suppliers are responsible for shipping products as described. In case of serious problems such as non-delivered, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact our customer service. We will contact the supplier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
- We reserve the right not to refund, replace or accept claims if we deem it necessary.

1. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
2. We do not offer product exchange services. If a replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund will be offered depending on the situation.
7. Policy for Original Works
A. Description and Authenticity
1. Original Works: Each original artwork is unique and handmade. The images in the shop are representative, but slight variations in color, texture, or details may exist due to the nature of the artwork.
2. Certificate of authenticity: All our original works include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist to guarantee that you receive a genuine piece.
B. Shipping Time
1. Shipping Preparation: Original artworks require careful handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, the packing and shipping process may take between 5 and 10 business days.
2. Shipping tracking: Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery process.
3. We are not responsible if the artwork is lost or damaged after being sent by mail, unless an insured shipping service has been purchased. We recommend that customers choose insured shipping for greater protection against loss or damage.
C. Returns and Refunds
1. Original works: Since original works are unique and irreplaceable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the work arrives damaged.
2. Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, you must provide us with clear photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend that you do not handle the artwork and send detailed photos of the packaging and the artwork itself. After reviewing the case, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a partial or full refund, and provide you with the return address where you should send the artwork at your own expense.
3. Shipping Address Errors: If the customer entered an incorrect address and the package cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the artwork cannot be returned or is lost due to a customer error, no refund will be offered. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any potential errors.

D. Image Quality and Accuracy Guarantee
1. Materials and conservation: All our works are created using the highest quality materials. However, due to the delicate nature of the original works, we recommend following our conservation guidelines to preserve the quality of the piece.
2. Preservation of the artwork: Avoid exposing the artwork to direct sunlight, humidity, or environments with extreme temperatures. If necessary, frame the artwork with protective glass to ensure its durability.
3. While we strive to accurately represent each artwork, color variations may occur due to differences in device displays. Claims for minor variations in smell or appearance will not be accepted, as these are normal in the digital display of artwork.
E. Modifications or Cancellations
1. Cancellations: Once the purchase of an original artwork has been made, cancellations are not possible . All sales of original artworks are final.
2. Changes to the shipping address: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If it is not possible to change the address, we will notify you as soon as possible so you can take the appropriate steps.

F. International Shipments

I. Claims for Delays or Losses in the Shipment of Original Works
1. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, domestic customers (Puerto Rico) should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For international shipments, please contact us within an additional 7 days if there are customs delays.
